We establish what needs to be verified, identify the relevant counterparties and jurisdictions, determine available information and confirm the scope, fee and timeline.
2. Research & verify
Vantru by IMG conducts research using appropriate public records, commercial information resources, documentation supplied for review, independent research and, where appropriate, qualified third-party providers or specialists.
3. Report
The client receives a clear written report identifying material findings, information gaps, inconsistencies and matters that may warrant additional investigation.
4. Decide
Use the findings to make a more informed business decision. Vantru by IMG provides information and analysis. The ultimate business decision remains with the client.
Confidentiality is not optional
Everything shared with Vantru by IMG during an engagement is protected by a mutual confidentiality agreement, provided before any documents change hands. Deal details, counterparty information, and findings are shared only with the parties you authorize. Depending on scope, we may draw on independent specialists or qualified third-party research providers, handled under the same confidentiality and data-handling standards.
