These Terms of Use govern engagements with Vantru by IMG ("Vantru by IMG," "we," "us"), a due diligence and business intelligence division of IMG Group Ltd. By engaging Vantru by IMG or using this website, you agree to the terms below.
Vantru by IMG provides business due diligence, research, verification, and informational services. We are not a consumer reporting agency, and our services are not offered or intended for employment screening, tenant screening, consumer credit decisions, insurance eligibility, or other purposes governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, unless we have expressly established a compliant service for that purpose.
Findings are based on information reasonably available from public records, commercial information sources, materials supplied for review, independent research, and, where applicable, third-party providers. Vantru by IMG does not guarantee that any person, company, document, representation, or transaction is legitimate, financially sound, free from risk, or suitable for a particular purpose. Records may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unavailable in certain jurisdictions.
Reports and findings are informational and are not legal, financial, investment, accounting, credit, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for your own business and investment decisions and should consult appropriate licensed professionals where necessary.
Depending on the scope of an engagement, Vantru by IMG may draw on independent specialists and qualified third-party research or information providers. These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their function and are expected to handle it under appropriate confidentiality and data-handling standards. Vantru by IMG does not sell client or counterparty information to third parties.
Deal details, counterparty information, and findings are shared only with the parties you authorize. Engagements are typically covered by a mutual confidentiality agreement, provided before any documents change hands.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for obtaining any consents required to share counterparty information with us. Vantru by IMG provides information and analysis; the decision to proceed with, renegotiate, or walk away from a deal remains yours.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantru by IMG's liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Vantru by IMG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from reliance on a report or finding.
